1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 77wwin ("we", "the platform") and every individual who registers, accesses, or uses the services offered on the 77wwin website ("user", "you").

By completing the account registration process, making your first deposit, or simply accessing our platform, you are deemed to have read and fully agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2User Eligibility

To use the 77wwin platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

3Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per User

Each user is only permitted to register and use one (1) active account only at 77wwin. Holding more than one account — whether using a different name, email address, phone number, IP address, or payment information — is a serious violation of these Terms.

If 77wwin detects the existence of duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to:

• Close all associated accounts without prior notice.
• Forfeit all bonus balances and wins obtained through duplicate accounts.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration. False or misleading information — including name, date of birth, identification number, and bank details — is grounds for immediate account closure and cancellation of all pending withdrawals.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Any activity carried out through your account will be considered your own action.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit

77wwin accepts deposits via multiple payment methods including local bank transfer (FPX), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, and USDT. All deposits are processed automatically and credited to your account within minutes.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 per transaction.
• Successful deposits cannot be reversed once credited.
• Only payment methods registered under your name are accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests will be processed within 15 minutes to 3 hours depending on the selected payment method, subject to successful KYC verification.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.

All game results are final once confirmed by the system. 77wwin does not accept any disputes regarding confirmed game results unless a technical error on the platform's part can be proven.

6.3 Fraud Prevention

Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities, use automated software (bots), collude with other players to manipulate game outcomes, or engage in any other form of cheating is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and legal action.

7User Conduct

All 77wwin platform users are required to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner at all times. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Distributing obscene, racist, or religiously offensive content.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure without notice and without refund of any remaining balance.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting the 77wwin support team via live chat. Before the account is closed, all pending withdrawals will be processed and any eligible balance will be returned to you.

77wwin reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if:

• The user violates any provision of these Terms.

• User registration details found to be inaccurate or misleading.
• Required to comply with a court order or directive from the relevant authorities.

9Liability Limits

77wwin and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from game outcomes.
• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unplanned system maintenance.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
• Inaccurate information provided by third parties.

Our maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim being submitted.

10Privacy and Data Protection
